## Task Commits

## Deviations from Plan

### Auto-fixed Issues

**1. [Rule 1 - Bug] Fixed button-in-button HTML nesting**
- **Found during:** Task 1 (EntryCard implementation)
- **Issue:** Original plan had button wrapping the entire header including the checkbox form button, causing HTML validation error and hydration warnings
- **Fix:** Restructured to use div with role="button" for clickable content area, keeping form button separate
- **Files modified:** src/lib/components/EntryCard.svelte
- **Verification:** svelte-check passes with no errors
- **Committed in:** 7d66a8f (Task 1 commit)

**Total deviations:** 1 auto-fixed (1 bug)
**Impact on plan:** Essential fix for HTML validity and SSR hydration. No scope creep.

## Issues Encountered
- Svelte 5 `page` from `$app/state` is not a store - fixed by accessing directly without $ prefix
- Svelte warnings about state capturing initial values are intentional (edit state should capture, not track)
